Not knowing if I could even follow through with the commitment of Blackhawk Fitness 5 days per week, for 6 weeks, I took the challenge. Too sore to do my day job(ha ha!!) the first two weeks, Instructors hit every muscle in my body, and I felt like I was never going to be able to get up and do it again the next day, but somehow through determination and encouragement from the instructors as well as the other participants I completed today!!!!!! Thank you to all!!!! I would recommend Boot Camp to everyone, and I will be joining again to challenge myself to the next level of fitness training (Blue Group).
